The bottom insert is a helpful tool for controlling Varroa shedding.
The paper is coated with a layer of non-toxic glue to facilitate the sticking of dead mites in order to count them and estimate the level of infestation of the bee colony or to check the level of the brood after treatment.

Instructions for use
After peeling off the adhesive protection layer, place the insert at the bottom of the hive with the adhesive layer upwards (in the drawer under the mesh bottom).
The grid printed on the 10 x 10 cm sheet makes it easy to count the debris.
